They say Bà Tú ran the streets. Now, she just runs the roastery. The retired mafia queen traded her empire for a plastic chair, a large orange cat, and the best Vietnamese Arabica you'll ever taste.

No fluff. No pretense. Just strong, dark roast sourced directly from the misty mountain plantations of southern Vietnam. She sits outside counting cash, and we bag the beans. It's an honest living.

How to Brew Bà Tú

Vietnamese Phin filter

BloomPour a small amount first, wait 30 seconds
Drip time4–6 minutes

Serving tip

Serve black over ice, or pour over condensed milk and ice for the classic cà phê sữa đá. The dark roast stands up beautifully to dilution.
